Thanks for your comments. Yes, most humans are slow learners. Life goes on… Yet we can no longer say “nothing is new”. The age old myths about humankind “owning” Earth is over and human beliefs about it have no relevance. This is radically new. You ask “and then?”. Well, we now know enough to say that what has relevance to address this question, is that Earth-Life dynamics override any pretense humans may have. It’s a system. It has no feelings, no emotions, no moods. What is being selected for is the kind of intelligence and consciouness that fit best with Earth-Life dynamics, i.e., non-dualist, non-anthropocentric, non-hierarchical. It is up to humans to make up their mind about this… If I may say.
